Brain Innovation Days

We are pleased to announce that the 4th edition of the Brain Innovation Days, organised by the European Brain Council, will take place on 13-14 November 2024 in Brussels, Belgium. The aim of the event is to bring the wider brain ecosystem together to foster dialogue, exchange knowledge, accelerate investment in research & innovation and facilitate business development.
Key players and experts in the brain space across Europe and beyond will be able to connect through a networking-friendly programme and innovation showcasing. You can look forward to inspiring keynotes, panel discussions, the 4th Brain Innovation Days Pitch Competition, an Innovation Hall, and much more.
The event will take place in the EGG. Located in the heart of Brussels, the venue offers an outstanding space with easy access by train, public transport and car (with many different parking facilities in the vicinity). The perfect place to meet creative minds, exchange knowledge and experience.
2024 Theme
This year’s Brain Innovation Days will take place under the overarching theme “Navigating the Brain Across a Lifetime“!
The main theme will revolve around 5 subthemes:

Abstract Submission
We invite all players in the Brain Innovation Community to shape this year’s programme!
The abstract submission portal will close on 31 May at 23:59 CEST.
Poster Presentation
Are you part of an ongoing project that is in the ideation or research phase? Present your work with a Poster Presentation in the Innovation Hall.
Innovation Showcase
Do you have something tangible to showcase, such as a device, an app, technology or software? Showcase it in the Innovation Hall with a dedicated space!
Pitch Competition
Do you have a start-up or business plan set up for the next great brain innovation? Take part in the Pitch Competition and pitch your business to a jury of experts and investors in no more than 180 seconds.
Innovative Session
Do you want to play an active role in shaping the programme? Submit a 30-minutes long Innovative Session!
